Shipping Information
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey to you.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@innovateoutbox.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at support@innovateoutbox.com and we'll be happy to help!
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@innovateoutbox.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
